Howard's Professional Photography was established in 1962, and has been serving the Erie area from it's West Eighth Street location ever since. Howard's is a family-owned and operated studio headed by founder, Howard Dobmeier, one of only a handful of Certified Professional Photographers in the region.

Within the "family tradition" is Howard's wife of forty years, Sue, who retouches portraits and negatives, as well as oil portraits, and contributes by keeping the business running smoothly. Their son, Michael, is also a professional photographer who works along side with Howard as a portrait and aerial photographer. Their daughter, Linda Lauria, prints and color corrects the portraits, retouches portraits and adds framing to the portraits. Howard's plans to keep the "family tradition" going for generations to come, as evident in our family portrait.
